摘要
根据当前我国矿产资源的供需形势,界定了我国38种战略性矿产资源(不包括能源矿产),建立了非能源战略性矿产资源重要性评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法(AHP)对我国38种战略性矿产资源的相对重要性进行了量化评价。
According to current supply and demand situation of mineral resources in China,the paper not only divides out 38 strategic minerals(do not include energy resources) but also manages to establish a weighty evaluation index system for those non-energy strategic minerals and furthermore,carries out the relative quantified weighty evaluation on 38 strategic mineral resources in the light of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).
