摘要
本文对有色金属矿业政策体系的构成进行了系统梳理并分别进行了论述 ,主要包括资源节约与综合利用政策、区域重点开发政策、“走出去”政策、有色矿业融资政策、有色金属矿产战略储备政策、矿产品进出口政策和有色金属矿山环境保护政策七个方面。
The paper analyzes the structure of the mining policy system of nonferrous metal. It discusses the following aspects: comprehensive utilization policy for resources conservation; policy of development for priority areas; going global policy; nonferrous metal minerals strategic reserve policy; mineral production import and export policy; and nonferrous metal mine environmental protection policy.
