摘要
高校图书馆现代参考咨询服务的工作过程是高智能化的创造性活动。它较之传统参考咨询服务有了新的发展和变化,其特点主要体现在服务观念、信息源、服务方式、服务范围、服务手段、服务对象和服务人员等方面。另外,网络信息的非组织性,信息内容的鱼龙混杂,缺乏查询的标准方法;参考咨询馆员和用户的间接性,缺乏严格的质量控制体系;网络咨询保密性差、检索费用高等也都是其所表现出的新特点、新问题。
The process of the modern reference service in university libraries is more intelligent and creative. With new development and changes, it is better than the traditional service in service concept, source of information, service areas, means of service, service object and service staff. What＇s more, it has its new features and disadvantages, such as unorganized network information, mixed information contents, shortage of standard search, indirect relation between consultation librarians and users, bad quality control system, the deficiency of network consultation secrecy and expensive search fares.
