摘要
针对参考咨询服务发展过程中高投入与低效益的矛盾,利用系统基模分析方法,给出了参考咨询服务发展的"成长上限"基模和"舍本逐末"基模。在基模分析的基础上,给出了参考咨询服务发展的"根本解",即参考咨询馆员的素质提升。
Aiming to solve the contradiction of high input and low efficiency, the paper shows such models for reference and consulting services as "growth ceiling" model and the model of "attending to trifles to the neglect of essentials". On the basis of the model analysis, the paper puts forward the methods to improve the qualities of librarians so as to promote the healthy development of reference and consulting services.
