本文阐述了高校办公室管理人本观念的目标,分析了树立高校办公室管理人本观念的必要性,提出了实现高校办公室管理人本观念的途径。
This paper discusses the goal of the people-oriented notion in university office management and analyzes its necessity and comes up with a way to realize it.
