摘要
北京承办历史上最出色奥运会需要安全的奥运环境 ,安全的奥运环境需要建设奥运安全文化 .奥运安全文化建设应以人本观念为基本准则 .我国的安全形势亟需人本奥运安全文化的构建与普及 。
It needs a secure Olympic environment for Beijing to hold the most excellent Olympics in history and the secure Olympic environment needs the construction of a secure Olympic culture, which should be based on the principle of human-oriented concept. In view of the security situation in our country, we are badly in need of the construction and popularization of the human-oriented Olympic security culture, concerning which we should take into consideration the six aspects to be discussed in this article.
