摘要
经过近20年的发展,沿海地区几大产业集群都具备了相当大的规模。但由于受经济区划及行政区划的限制,各大产业集群之间虽然在地理位置上成带状相连,却缺少足够的协同合作与互动,由此导致了各产业集群间产品结构雷同、恶性竞争愈演愈烈的局面。产业集群跨区域网络的构建,特别是跨区域交易网络和创新网络的建设,则可以有效地解决上述问题,有利于提高我国计算机制造产业协同竞争的能力,实现从产业链低端向高端的升级。
The changes in the production mode of computer manufacturing industries offer a historic opportunity to enter into the global chain of computer manufacturing industries for China＇s coastal areas. After the development of nearly 20 years, there are several big industrial clusters with a considerable scale in the coastal areas of China. Due to the restrictions of divisions in economic zones and administrative regions, the major industrial clusters form a zonal distribution in terms of location but they are lack of cooperation and interaction with each other, which has led to serious duplication of products and a vicious competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Construction of inter-regional networks of industrial clusters, especially the inter-regional trading network and innovation network, can effectively settle these problems and it will help enhance the competitiveness of China＇s computer manufacturing industry and make the dream of upgrading the industrial chain come true.
