摘要
基于我国复杂装备制造业及其集群化发展的现状和特点,从集群系统开放性、集群主体异质性和创新过程动态化的综合视角,研究构建以核心企业为主导,以核心企业、科研机构和专家型公司、政府及科技创新服务机构等为关键成员,以知识为关键要素,具有核心层、支撑层和外围层三个层次的立体化创新网络系统。并对该创新网络中各关键成员的重要作用、成员间相互关系、创新网络的结构特征及其运行机制进行分析。在此基础上,提出了促进我国复杂装备制造业集群创新发展的策略建议。
Based on the developing status and characteristics of China＇s complex equipment manufacturing indus- try, from multi-angles as open, heterogeneity and dynamic, this paper builds up the three-dimensional innovation network, in which the core enterprises are dominant, and core enterprises, research institutions, expert companies, government and technology innovation agencies are key members. The network has core layer, supporting layer and peripheral layer in dimension. By the analysis of the role of key members, relationship among members, struc- ture characteristic and running mechanism of the network, this paper gives development strategies about how to promote the innovation of complex equipment manufacturing industrial clusters .
