摘要
通过对涟钢三炼钢厂600t混铁炉薄弱环节的研究,介绍了将混铁炉出铁口由Al2O3-SiC-C砖改为Al2O3-SiC砖的综合砌筑工艺,以及加强护炉和使用过程的管理等提高混铁炉寿命的措施。
Through studying the weak part of 600t mixer furnace in the Third Steel-making Plant ofLianyuan,this paper introduces the technology of changing the exit of mixer furnace building of Al2O3-SiC-C brick into building of Al2O3-SiC brick. And it also introduces some measures to strengthen furnace maintenance and operating man- agement to improve the service life of mixer furnace.
