脑红蛋白与脑损伤研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 脑红蛋白(neuroglobin,Ngb)由德国Burmester等于2000年首先报道,研究发现Ngb只占全脑组织总蛋白含量的0.01%.与氧有很高的亲和力,有利于氧转运通过血脑屏障和提高脑组织氧的利用率等。近几年国内外已有不少相关研究.包括Ngb对脑组织的正常供氧机制,以及脑缺血缺氧性损伤等病理状态下对脑组织的保护作用。现对此方面的研究进展做一简要综述。
