摘要
市场对高职物流人才的巨大需求,带来了高职物流教育规模的不断扩大,在此过程中却出现了高职物流人才“不好用”和“相对过剩”的问题,这主要是高职物流专业培养目标定位不准确、课程设置不科学导致学生的知识、能力和素质结构不能适应市场需求的缘故。在分析市场对物流人才需求情况的基础上,对高职物流管理专业的人才培养目标定位、人才的知识、能力和素质结构、专业课程设置等问题进行了一些探索。
The huge demand for logistics talents bring the continual expansion in the scale of higher vocational education of Logistics. However, during this process, problems appeared that Logistics talents are ＂incapable＂ and ＂relatively surplus＂, which result from the imprecise positioning of Logistics education＇s training target and the unscientific setting of courses that lead to the students＂ failure of acknowledge, ability and quality structure to meet the demands of the market. Based on the analysis of the market＇s demand for Logistic talents, the article explores the training target of logistic talents＂ training, talents＇ knowledge, ability and quality structure, and the setting of professional courses.
