摘要
近年随着研究的不断深入,发现了三氧化二砷(As2O3)具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,而且已被广泛应用于白血病、骨髓瘤、乳腺癌、肝癌等肿瘤的治疗,并取得了良好的临床效果,明显提高了患者的生活质量,延长生存时间.但在治疗骨与软组织恶性肿瘤上还刚刚起步.对As2O3治疗骨与软组织恶性肿瘤的作用机制和临床应用前景进行综述.
Arsenic trioxide commonly called ＂Pi Shuang＂ by Chinese is a kind of mass of rank poison and carcinogenesis as we all know. But in recent years, it be found to has the well clinic effect to anticancer just as leukemia, myeloma, breast cancer, liver cancer etc. It not only got better clinic effect but also developed the patient life and extend the survival time. Now it began be supposed to used to treat carcinoma of bone and parenchyma and many experiments had be enforced. This time, the perspective of arsenic to be used in clinic and the mechanism of its＇ anticancer would be overviewed through reviewing pertinent literature by me.
