摘要
供应链合同管理是供应链管理中的重要问题,是近年来供应链研究的热点。在阅读国内外相关文献的基础上,归纳供应健合同研究中的重要问题,分析几类常用供应链合同的过程机理,主要包括四购合同、收益共事合同和承诺合同,并对供应链合同的研究前景进行了展望。
Supply chain contract management is a very important aspect of supply chain management, it is a hot topic in recent years. Based on studying relevant literatures, the main issues in the study of supply chain contract are discussed. The mechanism of several simple supply chain contracts, which contain buyback contracts, revenue sharing contracts and commitment contracts are analyzed. At last possible research directions are pointed out.
