摘要
目的探讨婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染对婴儿听力损伤的影响。方法应用听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR),对40例CMV感染儿(感染组)及20例非感染儿(对照组),进行听力筛查及评估。结果感染组中40例46耳(57.50%)未通过,其中双耳未通过的有15例(37.5%),单耳未通过的有16例(40.0%),对照组中20例3耳(7.5%)未通过,均为单耳未通过。感染组听力损伤率为77.5%,对照组听力损伤率为15%。两组相比差异显著(χ2=21.0,P<0.01)。结论婴儿CMV感染是导致人类非遗传性先天性耳聋的主要原因,BAEP是早期发现CMV听路病变的敏感性、非损伤性检查,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the impact of cytomegalovirus infection hepatitis on the hearing damage in infants. Methods By using the tools of auditory brain-stem response (ABR), the hearing ability of 40 infants with cytomegalovirus infection and 20 cases of no infection controls were screened. Results In the cytomegalovirus infection group, 57.5 % (46/80)ears were not passed the tests,37.5%(15/40)two ears of them not passed the tests,40%(16/40)one ear of them not passed the tests; while in the controls,7.5% (3/20) ears were not passed the tests,and the whole of them was one ear not passed. There was significant difference between the infants with cytomegalovirus infection and controls (P〈0.01). Furthermore,in infants with cytomegalovirus infection,77.5% (31/40)had hearing damage; in the controls, 15% (3/40) had hearing damage. Conclusion The cytomegalovirus infection is one of the leading non-genetic causes of SNHL in children. BAEP is a kind of sensitive,harm less method. It can find hearing damage by CMV infection in early stage, which is worth to be popularized.
