摘要
作者亲自参加了深圳市首例重症H5N1人禽流感的中西医结合救治并进行了中医药救治总结,在病毒大量复制、免疫功能和心脏严重受损、出血坏死性肺炎、心肌炎、弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)、肺纤维化、肾功能受损,又必须使用对肾脏毒性较大的抗生素等重要阶段辨证施治,大胆借鉴古代治疗经验和近代研究成果,成功治愈该例重症病人。旨在探讨如何最大限度地发挥中医药优势,在重症H5N1人禽流感的救治中与西医优势互补。
The author took part in the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of the first severe case of H5N1 human ＂bird flu＂ in Shenzhen herself and summarized the traditional Chinese medicine therapy. In some important phases, such as large amount of replication of virus, severe immune function injury and myocardiolysis, hemorrhagic and necrotizing pneumonia, myocarditis, DIC, pulmonary fibrosis and renal function damage, it is necessary to use antibiotics which have more nephrotoxicity. The author treated the patient based on syndrome differentiation by using ancient therapy experience and modem research results bravely to cure this severe case successfully. The aim of this article is to discuss how to make full use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to cure the patients who infect H5N1 human ＂bird flu＂ severely by combining the predominance of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
