摘要
自从新型冠状病毒肺炎发现及暴发流行以来,新突发急性传染性病毒性疾病再次映入人们的眼帘,如何防控成为当务之急。在目前尚无明确特效药物和成熟疫苗的情况下,总结既往防治此类疾病的临床用药经验及相关药物研究,具有重要的指导意义。而中医药在防治新突发急性传染性疾病方面具有悠久历史和丰富临床经验。文章通过初步总结中医药既往防治SARS、人禽流感、埃博拉以及目前对抗新型冠状病毒肺炎等相关临床应用经验及药物研究,以期能指导目前针对新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床用药研究及药物研发,也为以后应对未知的新突发急性传染性病毒性疾病提供一定的中医药防治参考,以更好地发挥中医药防治的特色优势。
Since the discovery and outbreak of COVID-19,new acute infectious viral diseases have come to people’s attention once again,and how to prevent and control them has become a top priority.In the absence of specific drugs and mature vaccines,it is of great guiding significance to summarize the clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of these diseases and related drug studies.TCM has a long history and rich clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of new acute infectious viral diseases.In this article,through the preliminary summary of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of SARS,avian influenza,Ebola and currently confronting the new coronavirus pneumonia related clinical application experience and drug research,in order to guide the clinical application of the new coronavirus pneumonia research and drug development,also for acute infectious viral disease of unknown new paroxysmal provide certain reference of prevention and cure of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better play of the prevention and control of special advantage of traditional Chinese medicine.
