摘要
目前我国青年情商的现状不容乐观。情商在青年成才中具有重要作用:个体自知能力在青年成才过程中具有定向功能:个体自觉能力在青年成才过程中具有内部免疫功能;个体自励能力是青年成才的内部动力;个体他知能力在青年成才过程中具有外部免疫功能;个体协作能力是青年成才的外部动力。青年情商的育成有以下途径:青年自信力的养成是情商育成的基础;青年移情力与协作力的养成是情商育成的关键;青年自发力与耐受力的养成是情商育成的保障。
The present condition of the youth＇ Emotional Quotient is not good in our country. Emotional Quotient plays a important role in the youth＇ becoming a useful persion： The ability of one who knows himself has a function of orientation; The ability of self- knowledge has a function of internal immunity; The ability of self- excitation is a internal motivity in the youth＇ success; The ability of one who knows others has a function of exterior immtmity; The ability of cooperation is a exterior motivity in the youth＇ success Forming the Emotional Quotient for the youth has the following steps： Developing the power of self- confidence is the foundation for forming the Emotional Quotient; Developing the power of empathizing and cooperation is the key of forming the Emotional Quotient; Developing the power of spontaneity and resistibility is the guarantee of forming the Emotional Quotient.
