摘要
中澳正在进行的关于建立自由贸易区的磋商引起了各方的关注。初级产品存在较强的互补性已成为共识,但双方在制成品上的贸易强度、互补程度等各个方面需要作一个全面的分析。本文在国际贸易标准分类的基础上,利用贸易强度指数、互补性指数、产业内贸易指数对双方的制成品进行了较全面的分析。结果显示:双方制成品贸易较密切,存在相当大程度的互补性,自由贸易区建立后有一定的发展空间。不过,双方的产业内贸易还需进一步提升合作层次。
The negotiation about setting a Free Trade Area between China and Australia has got great attention from all sides. We all have known the complementarity between them on raw product. However many aspects on the manufactured goods between them such as trade intensity, the degree of complementariy are needed to analyze comprehensively. On basis of the Standard of International Trade Categorization, this paper use Trade Intensity Index, Complementarity Index, and Intra-industTy Trade index to analyze these problems. The result indicate： the relationship between them is rather close and there is rather degree of complementarity. So there is a big room to develop for them when the FTA is set. But, the intra-industry trade index is too low, it is necessary to promote the level of cooperation on manufactured goods between them.
