摘要
目的加速控制麻疹步伐,争取尽快实现第二阶段各项指标和任务,在此基础上,适时跨入第三阶段,并最终与世界各国齐步实现消灭麻疹的目的。方法保持高免疫基础疫苗接种率,保持高免疫成功率,在常规免疫的基础上,开展麻疹强化免疫。结果控制麻疹实践和控制麻疹策略研究诸方面均已取得巨大成绩,麻疹发病率、死亡率的大幅度下降,有力地保障了人民健康,显著提高了平均寿命。
