青蟹室内单个体立体笼养的试验 被引量:5

Studies on Individual Cultivation of Scylla paramamosain with Segregative Cages in Hatchery

摘要 在水温为19-26℃、盐度为25-32、pH值为7.5-8.4、溶氧量>3.0 mg/L的水体中进行为期50 d的青蟹室内单个体立体笼养试验.结果表明,青蟹笼养平均成活率为93.3%,个体平均增长率为33.7%,单位水体生物量为187.8g/m3;以单性全雌养殖效果最好,成活率为100%,个体增长率为46.3%,蜕壳率为77.8%,单位水体生物量为291.6 g/m3;体质量相对增长率为全♀>全♂>♀∶♂=2∶1>♀∶♂=1∶1(p<0.01);个体在完成蜕壳前的一段时间出现负增长;蜕壳后体质量、甲长和甲宽增幅分别为53.9%-67.3%(平均59.9%)、11.6%-25.6%(平均16.1%)和8.5%-19.3%(平均15.7%);体长、体质量与甲宽的关系分别为:♀y=0.690 3x+0.229 5(r=0.926 9)、♂y=0.593 4x+0.825 9(r=0.907),♀m=0.371 7x2.620 7(r=0.930 1)、♂m=0.150 8x3.1447(r=0.890 4).青蟹室内单个体立体笼养各项生产性能指标均优于其它养殖模式,因此这种养殖模式是可行的. Experimental studies on individual cultivation of Scylla paramarnosain with segregative cages in hatchery were carried out for 50 days, under the experimental condition with water temperature of 19 - 26℃, salinity of 25 - 32, p H of 7.5 - 8.1 and DO〉 3.0 mg/L. The carapace length,width and body mass of crab were periodically measured,and individual growth feature was analyzed by statistical feasible,with an average stocking density of 14.5 ind/m^3 , survival rate of 93.30% ,individual growth of 33.70% and produetion of 187. 8 g/m^3. The effect of monosex cultivation of female crabs is better compared to other sex proportion,with an average survival rate of 100 %,individual growth rate of 46.3 %, exuviae rate of 77, 8 % and production of 291. 6 g/ms, The increase of body mass of crabs was mono ♀ 〉 mono ♂ 〉 ♀: ♂ = 2 : 1〉 ♀ : ♂ = 1 : 1 ( p〈0. 01). There was a negative increase of body mass before exuviation; and after exuviation,the increase of body mass, carapace length and width of the crabs respectively were 53.90% -67.30% ( average 59.90%), 11.60%- 25.6 % ( average 16.1% ) and 8.5 % - 19.3 % ( average 15.7 % ). The relationships between the carapace length ,the body mass and the carapace width of the crabs respectively were: ♀ y=0. 690 3x+0. 229 5 (r=0. 926 9), ♂ y=0. 593 4 x+0. 825 9 (r=0. 907), ♀ m=0. 371 7x^2.6207 (r=0. 930 1), ♂ m=0. 150 8x^3.1447 (r=0. 890 4). The productionperformanee of cagecultivated crabs was better than that of crabs which were cultivated in other modes, so it is feasible to individually cultivate Scylla paramamosain with segregative cages in hatchery.
