摘要
研究了5CrMnMo钢火焰喷涂NiFeCrBSi合金层的超塑性扩散焊接及压焊后的磨损规律。在压缩条件下,通过对不同温度下涂层和基材的m值及变形速率比w的测定,选择压缩条件下的超塑性参数,使基材和涂层发生协调超塑性变形。指出在涂层和基村发生协调的压缩超塑性变形时,涂层与基材、涂层原颗粒界面均可完全焊合,同时提高了涂层的耐磨性。
The superplastically-diffusedwelding of flame sprayed NiFeCrBSi alloy coating on the substrate steel SCrMnMo and its wear resistance have been investigated. The measurements of the values M and strain rate ratioes W between the coating and the substrate at different temperatures have resulted in the optimal selection of the compressive superplasticity parameters, which ensure the simultaneous superplastical deformation of both the coating and the substrate. The experimental results have shown that when the coating and the substrate simultaneous superplasticity deformation the porosities and original partical boundaries boundaried the flame sprayed coating as well as the bonding interface between the coating and the substrate can be effectively welded,which gives the welded coating an remarkably improving the wear resistance.
