5CrMnMo钢火焰喷涂FeNiCrSiB合金层的超塑性扩散焊接

摘要 研究了5CrMnMo钢为基材的铁基(G312)合金火焰喷涂层在基材超塑温度范围内的变形行为.利用应变速率比W选择涂层与基材的超塑温度.分析了基材与涂层均发生超塑变形时,涂层孔洞,涂层与基材结合界面的焊合机制及其对多冲抗力和耐磨性的影响规律. The deformation behavior of flame sprayed FecrBSi alloy coating in tne superplastic temperature range Of substtate steel 5CrMnMo has been investigated. The optimum supetplastic temperature of tne coating and the suborate is obtained by optimizing the strain rate ratio between the coating and the suodrate.And thus the welding mechanism of the porosities inside the coating and the bonding interface between the coating and the substrate have been analyzed when the coating and the subetrate are simultaneously deformed in identical superpalstic condition.Furthermore,the paper has also studied the effect of different deformation conditions on the multiple impact resistance of the flame sprayed material.
