摘要
在现代国际关系中,文化外交发挥着政治、经济和军事等对外交往手段难以达到的作用。文化外交是促进民族国家间了解与合作的重要途径,是一国塑造国际形象的重要方式,文化外交成为国际经济竞争与合作的重要资源,它对提升一国的国际竞争力发挥着重要作用,因此具有其独特价值。我国要重视并不断加强文化外交,提升我国的文化影响力,增强文化竞争力,以更好地服务于我国和平发展的需要,推进“和谐世界”的构建。
In modem international relations, cultural diplomacy plays a part unattainable by political, economic, military and other foreign means. Culture diplomacy is an important path to promote the understanding and the cooperation among nations; it becomes an important way to mould the international image of a country; it becomes an important resource of internationally economic competition and cooperation; it is playing the vital role of promoting a state＇ s international competitive power. So cultural diplomacy has its unique value. Our country must take and strengthen the cultural diplomacy unceasingly, promote our country＇ s cultural influence, enhance culture competitive power to serve our country＇ s peaceful develop well and advance ＂the harmonious world＂ construction.
