摘要
目的观察奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin)、亚叶酸钙(CF)、氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组成的FOLFOX4方案并用参芪扶正注射液及单用化疗治疗大肠癌的疗效及不良反应。方法67例接受化疗的大肠癌患者采用单盲法分为单用化疗组(对照组)及化疗并用参芪扶正注射液组(研究组)。结果研究组有效率(CR+PR)57.14%,对照组有效率53.13%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐等反应较单纯化疗组轻,P<0.05;化疗后研究组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联用FOLFOX4方案与单用FOLFOX4方案化疗相比能减轻化疗毒副作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma. Methods： Total of 67 patients were randomly divided into chemotherapy combined ＋ Shenqi Fuzheng injection therapy group（ trial group,TG）and simple chemotherapy group（ control group, CG）. Results： The efficacy rates in TG and CG were 57.14% and 53.13% respectively, there was no significant difference between the 2 group （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; Improvement in life quality and immune function was greater in TG than in CG（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy can enhance immune function and improve the life quality in patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma.
