摘要
在贵阳某规模化养猪场,随机选取20头仔猪,采用正向间接血凝试验(IHA)、液相阻断ELISA(LPB-ELISA)两种血清学方法,对O型口蹄疫母源抗体的消长规律进行监测和分析。结果表明,13日龄左右抗体效价最高,IHA、LPB-ELISA监测的抗体平均效价分别是2.76、2.74,母源抗体免疫合格率分别为90%、85%,在23日龄左右平均效价均为为2.45,母源抗体免疫合格率均为75%,大部分仔猪仍被母源抗体保护,随着日龄的增加,抗体效价呈明显的线性下降,到36日龄左右抗体平均效价分别是1.98、1.95,母源抗体免疫合格率均为55%,45%的仔猪抗体效价低于保护临界值。因此,36日龄确定为仔猪首次免疫时间。两种方法监测的结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。
20 piglets were randomly selected in an intensive farm of Guiyang city. By using two kinds of serological methods ,indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA) ,liquid phase blocking ELISA(LPB-ELISA) ,the fluctuation dynamics of maternal antibody against foot and mouth disease(FMD) have been monitored and analyzed. The results of the experiment showed that the FMD maternal antibody of the piglets reached the peak at the age of 13 days,the antibody average titers detected by IHA and LPB - ELISA were 2.76 and 2.74 respectively, the qualification rates of the FMD maternal antibody were 90% and 85% respectively. The average titers were 2.45 at the age of 23 days,the qualification rates of the FMD maternal antibody were 75% , most piglets were still protected by the maternal antibody. The titers of the matrnal antibody declined in lineafity with the piglets age increased, the antibody average titers detected by IHA and LPB - ELISA were 1.98 and 1.95 respectively at the age of 36 days,the qualification rates of the FMD maternal antibody were 55% ,the maternal antibody titers of 45% piglets were lower than the minimal protection threshold. Accordingly, the first vaccination t of the piglets was confirmed on the 36 days old. No significant difference was observed between the two methods.
