摘要
应用稀硫酸溶液,对露天矿废石场4个矿样进行铜金属溶浸提取室内实验,得出不同实验条件下浸出率、浸出液金属含量和浸出周期等因素之间的关系.结果表明:采用浓度ρ(H2SO4)为5-10 g/L的稀硫酸作为浸取液浸出铜的浓度和浸取母液的pH值等指标能满足下一步回收铜的技术要求;用原样直接浸取,其浸取率约在30%-60%之间,其中B-1号样的回收率较高,B-2号样较低,如对原样进行适当破碎,则可使浸出率进一步提高;从渗透性来看,B-1号样最好,B-2次之,B-3,B-4渗透性较差;对于渗透性差的矿石类型,建议废石场的堆高为4-6 m,此时浸出周期估计为30-150 d,其中B-1号矿样的矿石类型浸取周期较短,其余几种矿石类型浸取周期将会长一些.
Leaching copper of four samples from a surface mine's waste dumps were tested using sulfuric acid in laboratory. The relations of leach cycle, extraction efficiency of copper and pregnant concentration of copper, etc. were determined under various experimental conditions. The results show that p(H2 SO4 ) of 5 - 10 g/L is suitable as the lixiviant of copper for the case. The pregnant solution of the copper concentration and the pH value can meet the requirements of fluid recovery of copper. The recovery rate of copper from the primary ore samples can reach 30%-60%. The recovery rate of B-1 is the highest, and that of B-2 is the lowest. If the ore samples are further broken before leaching, the rate will be increased. The seepage behavior of B-1 is the best, that of B-2 is middle, and those of B-3 and B-4 are poor. The height of heap of stockpiles for waste dump is suggested 4-6 m. In this case, the leach cycle is estimated 30-150 d, and that of B-1 is the shortest.
