EZH2与泌尿系肿瘤 被引量：3

摘要 人类PCG（Potyeomb Group）基因家族在胚胎发育、细胞周期和血细胞生成调节中起关键性作用。近年来，EZH2基因作为果蝇zeste基因增强子[E（z）]的人类同源物在国内外受到了广泛关注。它属于PCG家族成员之一，是一种基因转录抑制因子，参与细胞记忆的控制。最近研究发现，与前列腺癌、膀胱肿瘤的发生发展有一定关系。本文将就EZH2基因与PCG家族的结构、功能以及与各种肿瘤，特别是泌尿系肿瘤的关系作一综述。
