气隙取气转子风斗取风性能数值模拟与实验研究 被引量:4

CFD Simulation and Experimental Study on the Ventilating Characteristics of Wedges for Gap-pickup Rotors in Turbogenerators

摘要 气隙取气斜流通风系统是大型汽轮发电机中应用较广的一种通风方式。风斗的取风性能直接影响通风系统的通风冷却效果。对转子风斗的取风性能进行了CFD数值模拟研究,并进行了实验验证,获得了风斗结构参数对其取风性能的影响规律,可为汽轮发电机转子风斗的优化设计提供参考。 Gap-pickup diagonal flow ventilation system is widely applied in large capacity turbogenerator rotors. The pick-up capability of wedges directly influences the cooling situation of the gap-pickup diagonal flow system. Based on the CFD simulation and experimental research, the effects of wedge structure on the pickup capability were obtained. The research results provided reliable reference for optimization of rotor wedges.
