矿质元素对甜椒生长及其抗疫病性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在营养液栽培条件下,研究缺乏不同矿质元素对甜椒株高、鲜重以及抗疫病性的影响。结果表明:缺铁、缺1/2镁和缺1/3磷对株高的影响最为明显,苗期除缺镁、磷外,缺铁、铜、锰、1/2钙、钼也与对照差异显著;对鲜重的影响,以缺铁、缺1/3磷和缺1/2镁处理影响最大,显著低于对照的鲜重;当甜椒生长进入初花期,开始出现生理性病害症状,以缺铜的处理最为明显,其次是缺锰等;不同矿质元素的缺乏对辣椒疫病发生影响很大,缺铁、锌、锰、钾的处理发病率显著高于对照。此外,平板抑菌试验结果表明,高浓度(5g/L)下,CuSO4·5H2O、FeSO4、H3BO3、MnSO4·H2O、ZnSO4·4H2O和(NH4)2MoO4对甜椒疫病菌菌落生长的抑制率达72.52%~100.00%;较低浓度(0.5g/L)下CuSO4·5H2O和FeSO4等仍具较强的抑制效果。 The disease resistance of plant closely related to the nutrion levels. The deficiency of mineral elements influences the growth of plants and can cause disease. These effects were invesitigated on pepper cultured in nutritional solution. The deficiency of Fe, or half of the Ca,or 1/3 of the P resulted in the most decrease in plant height and fresh weight of pepper compared to CK( no elements deficiency). Pepper showed malnourishment when entering early flowering stage in the treatment of elements deficiency, with Cu deficiency treatment the worst, Mn deficiency in turn. Elements deficiency made pepper more vulnerable to Phytophthora capsici than CK, especially on pepper deficient in Fe, Zn, Mn and K. High concentrations (5 g/L) of CuSO4 · 5H20,FeSO4 , H3BO3, MnSO4 · H2O, ZnSO4 · 4H2O and ( NH4 ) 2 MoO4 inhibited mycelial growth of Phytophthora capsici to 72.52% - 100. 00%.
