摘要
对焊缝附近有裂纹的管子取纵向试样进行化学成分、力学性能和金相组织的测定,并对裂纹进行观察。结果表明TP304H不锈钢管中的Cu含量偏高。在管子壁厚的中间有裂纹是不锈钢管制造厂在生产过程中造成的。焊缝附近的裂纹是由于焊接造成的。
Detemine chemistry component,mechanics capability and metallography organize of portrait samples of tube with crackles around welding line, and observe the crackles. It indicates that the copper content of the stainless steel tube is high. The crackle of the middle of tube wall produced in the production progress. The crackles around welding line attribute to the joining.
