摘要
在新获博士学位授予权的高校里,博士生培养过程中应该注意几个问题,包括:对学校发展战略的影响、师生关系、培养方法以及培养环境的整备等。
Discussed in the paper are some aspects in the education of doctoral students including its influence on the university development strategies, the relationship between PhD students and their supervisors, education methods, and university infrastructure, etc. The research environment provided should be convenient to PhD students＇ study and research.
