摘要
为确保教育科研和人才培养达到既定目标,大学需要优化组织体系,包括硬件设施、组织形态、以人为本、课程改革等方面。在大学的学科建设工作中,如果给予学科带头人足够的权限,将有利于组成有特色且有竞争力的教育科研队伍;而从法制法规的高度来稳定和规范高校教师的职业资格、主体地位、成果评价与工资收入,将对中国未来的社会经济发展产生积极的作用。
This paper discusses that, to make sure that the research and education aims will be achieved, what kind of university organization is needed, including such issues as hardware construction, organizational architecture, people foremost philosophy, and curriculum reform, etc. It points out that strengthening the power of disciplinary leaders will make it more easy and quick for them to form competitive academic teams in discipline development. On the other hand, the full play of university teachers' role can be strengthened through legal channels, by focusing on some key factors such as professional qualifications, subjectivity, performance appraisal and income system, which also can exert influence on China' s future social and economic development.
