摘要
介绍了新近开发的一种可燃用低挥发份无烟煤的预燃室——中心火炬稳燃式直流煤粉预燃室的设计原理、结构,及热态试验和工业试验的研究结果。实验室研究表明,该种预燃室可在一次风粉混合物温度不超过270℃的条件下。顺利点燃福建低挥发份无烟煤粉气流并稳定燃烧,中心辅助火炬耗能少,预燃室抗干扰能力强,其功能与效益已为福建某台220t/h的电站锅炉上进行的工业试验所证实。
The design principle,structure,pilot plant test results and industrial utilization of a recently developed preburner are presented.The preburner burning anthracite is a straight-flow pulverized coal(p.c)precombustion chamber in which the coal combustion is stabilized by a central flame.The pilot tests indicate that the preburner can smoothly ignite the stream with pulverized Fujian low-volatile anthracite and stabilize the combustion under the condition that the temperature of the air-p.c.mixture is lower than 270℃.The central flame consumed less oil,and the antiinterference feature of the preburner is good.The per- formances and benifits are confirmed by the industrial utilization at a 220t/h utility boiler in Fujian.
