摘要
耒阳无烟煤属低挥发份无烟煤,而国内尚无W火焰锅炉长期燃用Vdaf<10%的无烟煤经验,因此有必要分析该煤种的着火性能、燃尽性能和结渣性能,并对W火焰锅炉燃用耒阳低挥发份无烟煤进行全面试验,提出了合理的优化运行方式。
Leiyang anthracite coal is of the low volatile type. Since in China, no long-term experience has yet been gained in burning anthracite coals of Vdaf 〈 10% in boilers with W-shaped furnaces. Therefore, in order to find out the ignition, burnout and slagging characteristics of this kind of coal, overall tests were performed with a W-shaped boiler furnace, according to which an optimized mode of operation is being proposed, figs 4, tables 15 and refs 3.
