摘要
立式自然循环蒸汽发生器U形管的堵管维修会影响到蒸汽发生器的工作效率.文中以蒸汽发生器堵管对核动力装置功率影响研究为目的,通过对一回路侧水阻力计算和二回路侧热工计算,对不同堵管量下,蒸汽发生器一回路冷却剂流量、二回路侧工作压强、蒸汽产量、蒸汽品质以及汽轮机有效功率的变化进行了详细的计算,得到各变量相应曲线.根据计算结果对变化规律进行了分析,对蒸汽发生器的设计、维修技术的分析处理提供了重要的依据.
To research the efficiency of SG plugging on the whole device, the primary side flow resistance and the thermodynamics of SG are calculated in this paper. The detailed calculations to the flux of primary side, pressure of second side, steam output, steam character and the turbine power in different plugging amount are performed to get the curves of corresponding variables. According to the calculation results, it can be found that these parameters are very important to the steam generator design, maintenance and operation.
