红外热像技术在炉墙烧损检测上的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用热像仪在实验室对两种不同形状缺陷的试样进行了检测试验。结果表明,孔底角度系数较大的试样A的检测误差<5%,并且随着炉膛温度的提高,其检测精度也随之提高;由于试样B的孔底角度系数太小,造成检测误差较大而产生误判。现场调查发现,实际上大部分缺陷的形状与A试样类似,在检测中可忽略角度系数的影响,并在实际应用过程中得到了验证。 The two different kinds of disfigurement in sample A and B were inspected in laboratory with infrared thermal imaging meter.The results show that the test error of sample A with large angle coefficient of hole bottom is under 5%,and will become smaller with the increase of furnace temperature;however the test error of sample B is larger and bring misjudgement due to its smaller angle coefficient of hole bottom.In fact,the most disfigurements of furnace wall are similar to the sample A,so the influence of angle coefficient can be neglected in disfigurement inspection.This inspection method was verified in practice.
