摘要
为了寻求镁资源更多的利用途径,提出了碱式硫酸镁片状粉体的水热合成方法。以硫酸镁和氢氧化镁为原料,加入磷酸盐类晶体助长剂,研究了在不同的条件下水热合成碱式硫酸镁片状粉体的实验现象。初步研究了影响粉体的产率、尺寸和形状的因素,并对水热法合成碱式硫酸镁粉体的影响因素进行了讨论,初步确立了制备碱式硫酸镁片状粉体的优化工艺条件。利用XRD和SEM等检测手段对粉体的形态和结构进行了分析。结果表明,晶体助长剂磷酸二氢钠和磷酸钠的作用效果明显,水热法所得的粉体呈片状、层状形貌,是一种复合镁盐的单晶体。
In order to find more ways to utilize magnesium resources, the hydrothermal synthesis method for flake - like basic magnesium sulphate powder was put forwarded. The experimental phenomena of hydrothermal synthesizing basic magnesium sulphate by using magnesium sulphate and magnesium hydroxide as the raw materials and by adding growth substance ( such as phosphates) under different conditions were studied. In addition, preliminary studies were made on the influencial factors of powder's productive rate,size and shape and the discussions were made on the influencial factors of basic magnesium sulphate by hydrothermal method. The optimized process conditions were determined preliminarily. By the test methods, such as XRD and SEM etc. ,the powder's morphology and structure were analysed. The results showed that effects of growthsubstance ( NaH2 PO4, Na3 PO4) were obvious, and the morphology of the powder was flake and samdwich, which was a sort of single crystal of compound magnesium sulphate.
