正交试验法优选欣脑泰滴丸的成型工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的:确定欣脑泰滴丸成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的硬度,外观,黏连为评价指标,采用正交试验法研究滴丸成型工艺的较优工艺条件。结果:确定工艺为:药物与基质比例为1:3,PEG4000与PEG6000比例为1:1,料温85℃,滴距为5cm。结论:通过上述试验确定的成型工艺合理,所制滴丸符合滴丸质量标准。 Objective: To optimize the preparation procedure of Xinnaotai dropping pills. Methods: All the procedures were evaluated for the hardness, appearance and stickiness of the pills, and optimized by orthogonal design. Results: preparation process of Xinnaotai dropping pill has been optimized that the mixture of extraction of Gingko biloba leaves, Acanthopanax and Gensing leaves and stalk is added into the fused host containing PEG4000 and PEG6000(1:3), mixed and decanted into dropping pill machine at 8512, then is dropped into fluid wax at the dropping distance of 5cm. Cool and solidify into pills. Conclusion: The optimized process is suitable for the preparation for dropping pills.
