摘要
文章对现行OA期刊的质量进行了分析,并总结了各著名OA期刊和OA仓储的质量控制措施,建议开放存取模式都应建立评审机制以保证资源质量。参考文献8。
This paper analyzes the quality of the present OA Journals, summarizes the quality control measures of well - known OA Journals and OA storage and suggests that Open Access model should establish the evaluation mechanism to guarantee the resources quality. 8 refs.
