摘要
本文介绍了学术信息开放存取的发展现状,分析了学术信息开放存取对图书馆期刊采访、协调采购和传统服务带来的影响,探讨了图书馆在开放存取环境下应对的策略及应发挥的作用。
This paper introduces the current status of open access of academic information, and analyzes the impact of open access of academic information on the purchase of the academic journals and traditional service in library. It then discussed the countermeasure of the library under the open access environment.
