摘要
本文介绍了所研制的CO2保护焊、埋弧焊焊接参数计算机辅助设计系统,其任务是能根据接头力学性能及防止冷裂纹要求,计算和推理出所需的T0、t100、t8/5及E。并在此基础上预测焊接HAZ的力学性能及组织,预测焊道几何形状及接头横向变形及角变形。
The computer aided design system of welding paramter in CO 2 welding and SAW(Submerged Arc Welding) is studied in this paper,which task is to calculate and reason out the T 0,t 100 ,t 8/5 and E, in accordance with the requirement of mechanical properties and cold crack resistance of joint.On this basis, the system can predicate the mechanical properties and microstructure in HAZ (Heat Affected Zone),the geometric shape of weld seam,and the lateral deformation and angular deformation of welded joint.Then,the welding conditions are optimized.
