摘要 目的评价根管超声冲洗对根管预备术后反应及根充后侧支根管充填率的影响。方法150例患者共189颗患牙随机分为两组,根管预备时分别用超声波冲洗和注射器冲洗,观察1周内术后反应及侧支根管充填率。结果超声试验组术后反应发生率为18.81%,其中轻度反应14.85%,中度反应3.96%,无重度反应,侧支根管充填率为27.72%;对照组术后反应发生率为54.55%,轻度反应占30.68%,中度反应18.18%,重度反应5.68%,侧支根管充填率为5.68%。结论超声冲洗技术可以较好地清洁根管,使术后反应发生率减少,侧支根管充填率提高。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasonic irrigation in Root Canal Therapy. Methods 189 teeth of 150 patinnts were randomly divided into two groups. Ultrasonic irrigation and syringe irrigation were applied respectively in each group during the root canal preparation. Results 18.81% of patients from uhrasonic group claimed an tmcomfortable or painful feeling compared with 54.55 % from syringe irrigation group; Well-filled lateral canals were obserbed in 27.22 % teeth from ultrasonic irrigation group while only in 5.68% teeth from syringe group. Conclusion Ultrasonic irrigation is an effective technique in root canal therapy.
