摘要
当前我国成人非学历教育虽已有了一定的发展，但未被提升到应有的高度。职业结构不断变更，老龄人口不断增加，人口城市化进程加快，生活质量不断提升等诸方面的缘由，要求我们积极思考实现成人非学历教育地位提升的有效途径，使成人非学历教育由边缘走向中心。
In currently, our adult nondiploma education has developed a lot, but it hasnt got to the real height. The reasons of which occupational structure continually varied, the old person constantly increased, the speed of urbanization become more active, the life quality continuously improved all required us think about the approach to make the adult nondiploma education develop much, that is to say, it make the adult nondiploma education from the edge to the core.
