摘要
在分析中国城市地震灾害特点及城市地震灾害发展趋势的基础上,提出了建立中国城市防震减灾系统工程的初步设想,并对城市防震减灾系统工程的特点、组成及功能进行了分析。认为,建立中国城市防震减灾系统工程是实现减轻我国城市地震灾害的有效手段。
Based on the study of characteristics and tendency of urban earthquake disaster in China, to establish system engineering for urban earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation in China is a preliminarily conceived. Features, elements and function of the system engineering for urban earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation are analyzed. It is thought that establishment of system engineering for urban earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation is an effective measure to mitigate urban earthquake disaster in China.
