摘要 本文以C语言为主要编程语言,采用模块化程序设计技术,在微机上设计并实现了一套洪灾遥感分析系统——FLOODAS系统软件。该软件具有硬件环境要求宽松、用户界面友好、能针对各种遥感数据快速提取出水体信息等特点。通过在淮河试验区的应用表明,系统使用灵活、方便,洪水灾害遥感信息的分析结果精度较高。利用FLOODAS系统可以快速地提供准确的洪水灾害信息,为抗洪救灾快速反应提供科学依据。 A flood disaster analysis system based on remote sensing, FLOODAS, was designed and implemented on microcomputer with modular progamming technique by mainly using program language C. The system software with the characteristics of friendly interface and common needs for hardware configuration can rapidly extract water body from different kinds of remote sensing information. By trial studying in the test area of Huaihe River Basin, the result showed that it could very flexibly and conveniently obtain accurate flood disaster information from remote sensing information with the FLOODAS system, which should provide scientific basis for flood control and disaster relief.
