摘要
世界贸易组织（WTO）签订的《服务贸易总协定》中明确规定了教育服务（Educational setvices）属于12类服务贸易中的第5类∞。目前在WTO成员国中，已经有40＋国家（包括中国）签订了教育服务贸易减让表。从发展趋势上看，教育服务贸易必然会大幅度地扩展，国际间的教育互动与合作也必将日益加强。而中国一东盟自由贸易区的建立和中国一东盟博览会永久落户南宁，对于广西的教育服务贸易而言，是一次具有战略意义的历史性机遇。基于这样的背景，
Educational service trade will enlarge greatly the international mutual communication and cooperation. The establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the China-ASEAN Expo＇s Being forever located in Nanning is a significant history opportunity for Guangxi＇s educational service trade. By analysing the developing SWOT of educational service trade in Guangxi and Singapore, the paper will probe into the strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges of which so that offer some available aid to the educational service trade in Guangxi,Singapore and other ASEAN countries.
