摘要
肝癌是常见致死性恶性肿瘤,由于目前临床治疗手段疗效较差,因此,研究和探讨肝癌新的诊治方法十分重要。基因工程技术(基因诊断与治疗、生物芯片的应用)有着独特作用,其可能是攻克肝癌的潜在手段。
Hepatoma is a common fatal tumor. Because there is no ideal therapeutic effect in clinic, is very important to explore new methods of therapy and diagnosis in hepatoma. Genetic engineering has the special effect in hepatoma therapy and gene therapy may be a potential method to overcome hepatoma in the future.
