摘要 越来越多的证据表明,消化道上皮细胞既是人巨细胞病毒攻击的靶细胞,又是人巨细胞病毒潜伏的位点,因此由人巨细胞病毒引起的胃肠道疾病日益受到重视。现就该病毒的生物学特点、在宿主细胞中的存在方式及其促使胃肠道疾病发生发展的机制作一综述。 More and more evidences indicate the digestive epithelium is not only target cell but also latency situs of HCMV. The review introduces the biology features of HCMV and infection modality in the host, the mechanisms of the pathogeny and integration.
