摘要
文章从我国多地震的国情出发,分析了农村地区和城市应对地震灾害的脆弱性和高风险性,阐述了建立地震灾害资金补偿机制的重要性,并结合国内外情况提出了一些可供实施的建议。
The article analyses the earthquake＇s risk and vulnerability of the rural area and city. Earthquake always causes many people＇s casualty and tremendous economic losses. Many people have no ability to recover their life by themselves because lack of money. It is import to establish a funding system for earthquake disaster relief and recovery to help people to rehabilitate and reconstruct their homestead. Some suggestions for establishing such system are given briefly.
