摘要
目前,鞍钢所有大高炉热风炉都采用了双预热技术,包括自身预热工艺、附加燃烧系统、烟气余热回收和顶燃式预热炉工艺等。通过比较各种技术的特点,认为顶燃球式预热炉技术具有燃料成本低、运行稳定、风温波动小等优点,能够满足高炉1200℃以上风温的需求。
At present, double preheating technology including self - preheating technique, additional burning system, waste heat of flue gas recovery, top combustion preheating furnace technique, etc. are applied on all of the large BFs in Angang. Through comparing the characteristics of all kinds of technology, top combustion pebble preheating furnace technology is considered to be characterized with low fuel cost, reliable operation and small fluctuation of blast temperature and so on, which can meet the requirement of blast temperature being over 1200℃.
